One problem, I have no natural light in this bathroom so it’s always dark. I have repose gray walls, I wonder if we should paint them an even lighter shade of gray. I really don’t want to go white. Our tile floor is called bloom – it’s the same manufacturer as your tile. I’m just kind of at a loss. It’s right at the front of the house so maybe being dark is a good thing. You don’t automatically notice that the bathroom is right there!

Thanks for reading Blossom! I feel your pain. Our half bath is in an interior room as well, and it used to feel dark and cramped without any natural light. I love the color repose gray, ours is painted Agreeable grey, so very similar colors… Because repose gray is on the top of the color swath I wouldn’t think you would need to go with white paint to get a fresh feel.
One thing that has helped our space feeler bigger and brighter was installing tall vanity mirrors, and putting a really bright light fixture. The bright reflection made all the difference! We found a cool sputnik that hangs in the center of the room and really lights things up. I know there are some super bright wall mount vanity lights as well, and it might even be worth trying upping the wattage of the bulbs you currently have. I hope this helps! 🙂
