Dissolve yeast and sugar into lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast activates and becomes foamy
Whisk in eggs, oil, and salt
Gradually add flour until a soft dough is formed. Knead by hand or mixing bowl until dough is stretchy and elastic.
Lightly grease a mixing bowl and return dough. Cover it with a clean towel. Set it in a warm spot and let it raise until doubled in size (40-60 minutes).
After dough has risen, punch down and roll out on a lightly floured surface.
Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon throughout dough surface.
Starting at one end, roll into a log form. Tuck and reshape the roll into a uniform shape.
Slice this roll into 2"-3" equal shaped disks. Place into a greased 9x13' pan and let rise 10-15 minutes.
Bake rolls in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until center puff up and top is golden brown.
