Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Dry Active Yeast
  • 2 1/2 Cups Lukewarm Water
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 6 1/2 Cups White Flour
  • 1 Cup (2 Sticks) Butter
  • 3 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbs Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar into lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast activates and becomes foamy

  2. Whisk in eggs, oil, and salt

  3. Gradually add flour until a soft dough is formed. Knead by hand or mixing bowl until dough is stretchy and elastic.

  4. Lightly grease a mixing bowl and return dough. Cover it with a clean towel. Set it in a warm spot and let it raise until doubled in size (40-60 minutes).

  5. After dough has risen, punch down and roll out on a lightly floured surface.

  6. Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon throughout dough surface.

  7. Starting at one end, roll into a log form. Tuck and reshape the roll into a uniform shape.

  8. Slice this roll into 2"-3" equal shaped disks. Place into a greased 9x13' pan and let rise 10-15 minutes.

  9. Bake rolls in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until center puff up and top is golden brown.
