Grandma Peggy's Blondie Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sifted Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 C Melted Butter 1.5 Sticks
  • 2 C Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 small pkg Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Sift (Or Whisk) flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl

  2. In a large stovetop pan, melt butter and turn off heat.

  3. Whisk in brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  4. Slowly whisk in dry ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan

  5. Top with semi sweet chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

  6. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing and serving.
